Zazz
Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling metal windows, chandeliers, large tables of sparkling crystal, and a black-tied staff, dining at Zass is a serious undertaking. Belgian-born chef Alois Vanlangenaeker creates a locally inspired menu with obvious Amalfi influences, like lemon and olive oil, and vegetables sourced from an on-site garden grown along the terraced hillside of the hotel.
